Refund Policy

MDR Academy is an open source knowledge platform. All content is free — no payment is required to access categories, resources, or any other part of the knowledge base. There is nothing to refund for standard use of the platform.

Forms and MCP access are available on request at no charge. Access is granted manually by our team — there is no transaction involved.

If a paid service is introduced in the future

If any specific service is ever offered on a paid basis, the following procedure will apply. This section describes what you can do, what we will do, and when.

Your right to withdraw

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason. This right applies provided the service has not been fully delivered during that period with your prior explicit consent to early delivery.

How to exercise your right — step by step

Step 1 — Send us a withdrawal notice by email

Email us at mrdacademy.eu@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction date. Your message must clearly state that you are withdrawing from the purchase. Include:

• Your name
• The date of the transaction
• A description of the service purchased
• Your request to withdraw

You do not need to use any specific form or legal wording. A clear statement — "I am withdrawing from my purchase of [service] on [date]" — is sufficient.

Step 2 — We confirm receipt

We will acknowledge your withdrawal notice by email within 2 business days. This confirmation is your record that the withdrawal was received in time.

Step 3 — We process the refund

Once your withdrawal is confirmed, we will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to a different method.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply if the service was fully delivered within the withdrawal period and you gave your prior explicit consent to delivery starting immediately, with acknowledgement that your right of withdrawal would be lost upon full delivery.

If this applies to your purchase, it will be clearly disclosed to you at the time of purchase — before you confirm the transaction.
